What a fantastic day at our Football & Fun Day! The energy and enthusiasm throughout the day was incredible; all the children were a credit to themselves with their brilliant behaviour and attitudes 
Alongside the football and girls-only coached sessions, the children also took part in a gratitude session hosted by the Will Garvey Trust Foundation 
A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, catering team, partner agencies and Ilkeston Town FC for hosting
We hope everyone had a brilliant day, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!

“Incredible day at Ilkeston Town FC today for their Football & Fun Day, organised by the The Manor Foundation.
It was brilliant to see families out at half term enjoying the sunshine, kids getting stuck in to some football coaching, and the community coming together.
Great to catch up with reps from our local emergency services. As you can see below, I also picked up a brush with the Will Garvey Trust to paint a little picture of my cat.
Huge thanks to the Manor Foundation and their partners like Sport England and the National Lottery for putting all this on!”

Joanna, Nicky, and Lindsey had a fabulous day at the Manor Foundation!
Thank you to Paul Smithurst and his amazing team, and Stacey Taylor from the Police Community Engagement team. It was great for us to meet so many children and young people who are going to schools that have a WTF Wellbeing library
We had a great time, and another opportunity to speak to Adam Thompson MP who embraced participating in the art activity
