THE NUTBROOK HUNDRED IS BACK!   This year is set to be the biggest so far!
The 4th annual Nutbrook 100 ball tournament is back on Sunday the 8th of September 2024. 🏏 📍 at Nutbrook Cricket Club, West Hallam
 
Handcrafted wood fired pizzas, succulent fresh burgers, Ice cream deserts & cold beer. Oh and some great cricket. 🍕 🍔 🍺 🍦
 
Something for the whole family, where everyone is welcome!!🎉
 
Funds raised to jointly support Will Garvey Trust Foundation and two other worthy charities.

Following on from our first successful ‘fun run’ in 2023, we are organising our next one for later this year.
 
Keep the date free, and we’ll see you in your running gear ! 
 
Here are the details:
 
Distance: 5k
Date and time: Sunday 15th September 2024.
Registration from 11am, run starts at 12pm.
Cause: to raise funds for Why Talking Fixes (The Will Garvey Trust Foundation).
Location: run starts and finishes at Nutbrook Cricket Club, High Lane East, West Hallam, Ilkeston, DE7 6HZ.
Entry fee: we ask for a minimum donation of £5 to take part.

Payment: anytime between signing up and on the day, via bank transfer or cash.

All entrants will receive a goody bag. The event is intended to be friendly, fun, and no pressure with walkers and families also welcome.

Time: 18:45 pm

This 45 Club event is a 5k Run. Please meet at the venue above. Look forward to seeing you there.  Everyone is welcome😊
 
For info: Hadley, one of our trustees, began the club last year which was a huge success. We aim to meet twice a month, for one run and one walk. The purpose is to provide community through appreciating our local nature spots whilst moving and talking. All things that boost mental wellbeing.

Come and join us for our Race Night at the Old Black Horse in Mapperley Village.

Last year saw some exceptional racing and some very happy punters!.

Looks like we’ll have a great selection of horses and jockeys this year too. So come along and have a great evening at the WTF Race Night!
