Random acts of kindness make a real difference

Kindness was the theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week and provided a reminder of how being kind can improve our own sense of wellbeing, at the same time as brightening someone else’s day. So keep being kind. You don’t have to make grand, expensive, time consuing gestures: it’s very often the little things that make the biggest difference.

So here’s our short video to say that random acts of kindness make a real difference !
