From WTF – Thank you for funding our Care Leavers Project!

St James’ Place, Wealth Management and Financial Planning, are supporting WTF with a generous grant of £2500.
This will support our Care Leavers project.
Working with the Derbyshire County Council Care Leavers team we provide young people leaving care, with a Wellbeing Care Pack. Each pack will consist of the usual things, mindfulness activities, wash kit, sleep masks, etc, but will also include a plant, tea bags, and seasonal items (socks, umbrella, sun cream, as well as a personal item).
The feedback tells us that young people feel less isolated, they feel cared for, and they feel heard.
This is so important and I can’t thank St James’ Place enough for their support, especially Will Diggins.
