Nutbrook Cricket Club hosted The Dennis Lovatt Memorial Hundred Ball Cup again this year on September 10th offering a day full of cricket, drinks, great food, great company and some sun! There was also some live music too!
Proceeds from their raffle were shared between us, Ben’s Den and The Little Ted Foundation – two other amazing charities.
And after tallying everything up over the last few days and getting in touch with the raffle winners, Nutbrook CC were delighted to announce that they raised a combined £1,500 for the charities. This is from a combination of the raffle + individual donations. Nutbrook CC were able to donate £500 to each of Ben’s Den, The Little Ted Foundation and the Will Garvey Trust Foundation to help them continue to do the amazing work that they do in Ilkeston and the surrounding area.
A massive thank you to anyone that donated, bought raffle tickets or helped to organise the event. A massive day for Nutbrook CC club and its community. ILSON
