So, you don’t feel like yourself at the moment. And you want to do something about it.

Hopefully, you’ll find what you need here. There’s loads of information on the internet, that can take forever to get through, so we’ve tried to sift out the best bits.

Choose what you do: readlisten to a podcast, watch some videos, or do something, try an App or maybe take a look at some websites.

Your choice: you’re in control.

Remember though that none of this is a substitute for talking with someone. Talking isn’t always easy, but there are lots of people who are trained and have lots of experience in listening to young people, like you, who really can help. Give them a try.
